The International Artificial Intelligence Committee (STANAIC) is an independently operated global professional body dedicated to advancing AI standardization, coordinating transnational governance, and building a global AI ethics framework. It convenes an expert think tank comprising government representatives, leading industry players, top academic researchers, and civil society delegates from across the world, who work jointly to foster an AI development system that is secure and trustworthy, transparent and explainable, fair and unbiased, and defined by clear accountability.


STANAIC pursues four core objectives: to develop unified technical standards for cross-scenario AI system interoperability; to compile and publish authoritative white papers on global AI governance and public policy; to establish multilateral high-level dialogue and exchange mechanisms; and to implement global capacity-building programs that make AI inclusive and accessible to all. Faced with the reality of uneven AI development around the world, the Committee consistently champions an inclusive and balanced innovation pathway, ensuring that technological dividends are shared by every nation and all of humanity.


In the sphere of international collaboration, STANAIC maintains regular, in-depth cooperation with leading standardization bodies such as ISO and IEEE, working collectively to shape a coordinated, unified, compatible, and interoperable global AI governance system.
