DiBAC4(3) 是一种带负电荷的荧光膜电位指示剂。当细胞膜发生去极化时,DiBAC4(3) 会进入细胞质,与脂质膜及细胞内蛋白质相结合,此时它的最大激发波长与发射波长分别为490 nm和505 nm。该指示剂可通过流式细胞术或荧光显微镜,对活体细胞或固定后的哺乳动物细胞、细菌细胞的膜电位进行检测。
